Review content:
They have only one combination plate on the entire menu; no combination plates that include enchiladas with a taco, chili con queso, a chalupa or a tamale. The refried beans are served in a tiny little tortilla cup with your order, giving you only an ounce or two of beans with your plate. Las Rosas also commits the cardinal sin in my book as far as Mexican restaurants are concerned; they serve their salsa, warm. Yuck. Salsa should be made with fresh tomatoes and served chilled, with warm chips; not the other way around. Eh, I've had much better Mexican food elsewhere. I am being very generous in giving them three stars.
Cons: No combination plates, bland refried beans, small portions
