Review content:
Their prices were cheaper than other local granite shops, but you get what you pay for. Everything was installed 1/4"" off center or off center and too far to the back so that part of the cabinetry had to be cut away. That might not seem like a lot but why can't anything be centered? We supplied all dimensions and information of hardware as required, but things were still cut out in the incorrect spot, even after they came to measure first. The installer didn't care if he damaged the custom cabinet, just said ""the cabinet guy and your builder can fix or handle fixing that"". When coming to fix a poorly installed sink, first they made an appointment that they were 2 hours late for and then abruptly cancelled. They then rescheduled, and they were more than 2 hours late, showed up after 7:30pm and then it was late to do the work they had promised. They said that they would send a plumber to reinstall the sink, but instead sent the same guy again who couldn't fix it right the first time and now just added more caulk to fix a overly wide gap between the sink and the counter top. The clips they use to hold the sink in place barely even reaches.They might has well have used duct tape.
