Review content:
1) They didn't call back when they said they would. \r
2) When they did call back, I told them what the problem was; this was a simple fix (but I didn't have the part and couldn't get it quickly). BTW, I was right.\r
3) They charged me $60 for visit (reasonable), $35 for the part (available online for much cheaper, but I expected a markup), and $25 for the 5 min of work. Plus tax, that's an easy $130. $300/hr (ie, 12*$300) for labor is just plain unreasonable. The $60 covers the house visit, after all.\r
4) The warranty on the fix was only 30 days. If they stand behind their work, they should at least warranty the repair for 90 days.
Pros: Fixed the problem
Cons: I told them what the problem was, so no diagnosis was involved; overcharged for labor; poor repair warranty
