Erica was so great. I needed a haircut last minute and she was able to see me ASAP. As soon as I got there she had me in the chair and listened to me ramble on about how I hated my hair and didn't know what I wanted to do with it. It has been a very long time since I actually liked my hair, and Erica knew exactly what to do and proceeded with confidence, which made me feel comfortable, and then worked her magic!\r

I walked out of there with a very inexpensive haircut and I felt great. (and I look incredibly cute! :-) I had so much fun. I have paid a lot of money for some pretty awful cuts in this town. This is the best experience by far that I have had at any salon in Austin. Thanks, Erica!!
