Avoid this bait and switch! I wanted to try Acupuncture because physical therapy & meds didn't relieve my back pain. I called to verify pricing & I was told to check the website. It said a 1st time visit with my insurance discount was $75. I arrived on time for my appt. and had to wait an hour & a half to see Dr. Kang. We discussed my condition, she took my pulse, looked at my tongue and asked if I wanted Acupuncture & Cupping. How much? $75 (which I expected). The procedure was painful but not debilitating and it didn't last too long. Then she briefly explained what meditation was, cut off the lights & I lay there in the dark with suction cups on my back. Afterwards, I was told that I owed $175 ($75 for the consult, $75 for acupuncture & cupping & $35 for meditation). After a stressful argument and being there for four hours , I only had to pay the $75. But I was told that I needed at least six weeks of treatment for $880! That was way out of my price range no matter how many payment plans they offered. Two days later, I still have back pain & large bruises all over my back & neck from the cupping. Acupuncture may work but I don't trust any place that's not honest & upfront about their pricing.
