Club1 has a wide range of facilities - standard gym equipment but also 2 pools, racketball, lots of classes etc. If you have the time to really make membership cost-effective by spending a lot of time there then I guess it's a great place. They do provide childcare but you have to pay per hour and per child and it's not particularly cheap, especially added to the $100/month it costs to be a member, and there isn't\r much for kids over 5 or so, they get bored fast. As someone who could usually only manage about an hour and a half a week at best because of time constraints I was paying about $18 an hour, which is ridiculous. And I could never find the classes I wanted at the times I could go.\r The crunch for me came when I had an injury and requested a medical hold on doctor's advice. I called Club1 about it and got hung up on, emailed them and got no response. I finally got a call-back after several attempts and was told they would put me on medical hold, and then called back to let me know they had not been able to process the $20 fee they kept charging for putting me on medical hold... It was at that point that I said goodbye to Club1, which I should have done long before. I feel that Club1does not consider its clients as partners but as a funding source. I will follow the advice of another reviewer and try Fitness Yoga.\r \r Pros: Range of facilities Cons: Very expensive, not very amenable customer service
