Review content:
Golds does not honor promises made to members. I ""pre-joined"" for the Quail Creek location and was told I could use the other two locations (neither of which are near my home or work) for free until the Quail Creek location opend. Eight months later the Quail locaton is still not open - eventhough the salesman lied and said it would be open in three months. I used the location on NW Expressway a few times and they began charging me. I called the manager and he said: ""We can't afford to give away memberships for that long"". As if it is my fault, they lied about when the Quail location would open. It turns out they also lied about allowing Quail members to use other locations until it opened. They are a bunch of liars - don't join and don't trust anything the salespeople tell you.
