I scheduled installation of an alarm system with this company. The earliest they could install the system was 3 weeks later. I liked the price so I waited. When the technician arrived he informed me that there would be an additional $300 charge. He informed me that he ""could not discount"" the charge, but if I waited until 10:00am (on a Saturday) I could call the manager and they would delete the charge and he would come back and install the alarm that day. Turns out, this was untrue. No one was in the office that could ""discount"" the charge (keep in mind that there should have not been a charge at all. The alarm was not installed. \r
