Review content:
I have read both the bad and good reviews of this company. I have also dealt with this company now for two years and my experience has not been the best. I am not placing fault on anyone for my payment being one or even ten days late, that is my responsibility, but with that said I myself have worked in the finance industry for sixteen years and I can never recall speaking to any of my customers in the way that this company's so called csr's have spoke to me for my payment being one day late. Everyone should take into consideration that every individual (especially in our existing economy) has fallen on extremely rough times. It's very sad that in some companies customer service has came to this. There is never a need to threaten anyone I don't care what your policies are!!!! I have never had any company call me on a regular basis for any account being one day past the due date. Grace period or not that's just rediculous! Standard finance companies always allow five days, some even ten. In retrospect I most definitely would have chosen another company, regardless of the apr!!!!!!!!!
