We moved from Colorado to Austin and all I can say is...thank God for Theresa Chai! She was amazing. So very patient...answering all of my 100's of questions. She really knows her stuff. Being from another state, she really listened to us and really help guide us to an area that fit our family. She is very professional, returning my calls immediately and being very thorough. I also greatly appreciated her insight, helping us to know what to watch out for, good things and even bad things about a potential house/ neighborhood/ school district, etc. She had an eye for detail and pointed out things I didn't see or think of. She showed us the houses we wanted to see and remained flexible on our sometimes tight schedule. And when we finally decided on a house and later changed our minds, she still went to bat for us, following up on the return of our earnest money. But it really touched me the most when we found another house we really liked but I was a little unsure about a few things with it. I called Theresa and talked to her and said, ""I really wish my mom was here to help me decide and to get her opinion"". Theresa immediately offered to come to us and said she would gladly re-visit the house with me and help me in any way she could. She was there in about 30 minutes. She is very dedicated, staying in constant contact throughout the whole process. We loved Theresa and will recommend her to anyone in the market for a house. We will definitely use her again in the future when we have a housing need! Thank you Theresa!
