Review content:
I was somewhat skeptical based on some other reviews of this establishment, but decided to make the drive from a nearby city to check it out. The atmosphere and decor were very classy, and we were seated promptly. The waitstaff were very personable and attentive, and the owner even came to chat with us and make sure our needs were met. The fare was decent, although I would like to try a few more choices to really get a feel for the restaurant's (and chef's) ability. The tableside ceasar salad was really good and made for an excellent intro prior to our pasta main course. Very good wine list. All in all we were quite pleased and relieved that the drive was not in vain. If this restaurant were in my city, it would be a smash .
