I went to this restaurant once before and I liked it, so I thought, why not try it again? The second time I went I found what can only be described as pubic or armpit hair in my pad thai. Now, I know that this kind of stuff happens sometimes, so I politely told the waitress and she told me they would bring me out a new dish. However, when the dish came back 2 minutes later, my friend and I were pretty sure that they just reheated my original meal. It seemed unlikely that they could cook a brand new meal in that little time. Nevertheless, I was pretty disgusted, but since there was nothing I could do to prove it, I had to pay full price for my meal. NOT a great experience! Also, I know Madam Mam's is probably more westernized than this place, but I also love their pad Thai much more than the pad thai at Thai Passion! Parking is difficult here, it's hard to find places on the street so your forced to pay $6 to park. Also, the waitress only came by once to hand over the food and once more after that, but we never saw her again. We had to use multiple other waitresses to get our waitress' attention. The only pro I can think of is that we got seated quickly each time. Also, the shrimp fried eggrolls are good. The atmosphere isn't bad either. Honestly, I would not recommend this place. For the price, I feel like you could go to a better place where you would get more for your money.
