Review content:
This services takes it time to perform work, sending technicians that are able to perform work assigned. They were assigned to fix my fridge on an emergency basis, came to my house, had no correct part, came back the next day with correct part, but the technician did not know how to install it properly. He left saying his boss will be by to fix it, the boss call later and gave me 15 min to return his call. I could not return the call within the time frame (work hours) called later and not able to leave message, his message not set up. Called early next day, he says he will schedule me and will call me back with schedule, no call after 5 hours. Then I called and was told next day. Bottom line, Fridge that was to be repaired in emergency is still not done on fourth day. No apologies.
I will not recommend this company to anyone else.
