I took my Acura to the Honda dealership service center for an oil change. From the minute I pulled in the experience was great. They greeted me promptly, asked me about my car and gave me a promised time. I ended up getting a rental car (which is included, if you buy a car from them, in their customers for life program). They called Enterprise and I sat with my son in the waiting area, which has a great little play area for children. Everett called me as soon as my car was done (which was 2 hours earlier then the promised time) and sent me an email with information concerning my next appointment and what needed to be done with it. When I showed up to pick up my car, I was able to pay right away and my car was there waiting for me. Overall a wonderful experience. The cost is more then taking it to a pull up oil change place but the service and care they take in your car is well worth it.
