My Honda Fit needed service for a recall. I called and they gave me my choice of days and times. I picked a saturday slot (yes, they are open on saturdays). The service center has a drive up covered area so you don't even have to step out in the rain. They promise you a finish time and have deleivered both time I have had my car serviced. The waiting area not only has a TV to keep you occupied, there are also several computers you can use to surf the web or check emails. They also provide a shuttle service to take you to work and bring you back. Overall , I can't think of a better experience over all the years and all the places I have cars serviced. Keep up the good work!
