Review content:
Was able to get a weekend appt after a ""smash and grab"" to the front passenger window on Friday. They replaced the window but the master switch on the driver side would not function, only the switch on the passenger side. They refused to complete the work. I took it to them for a complete repair but they claimed they only replace the window and claimed they had no way of knowing if the switch even worked before. I would never use them again for anything...they are either incompetent or unethical, or both. I can only hope the insurance company refuses payment. Feels like a second ""smash and grab"".
