Was able to get a weekend appt after a ""smash and grab"" to the front passenger window on Friday. They replaced the window but the master switch on the driver side would not function, only the switch on the passenger side. They refused to complete the work. I took it to them for a complete repair but they claimed they only replace the window and claimed they had no way of knowing if the switch even worked before. I would never use them again for anything...they are either incompetent or unethical, or both. I can only hope the insurance company refuses payment. Feels like a second ""smash and grab"". more

We have all been there, a huge rock hits your windshield,or in my case I came out of a movie got in my car and when I shut the door the back window shattered, a BB gun I guess. I browsed the yellow pages and picked this company at random. I was skeptical when they said they would come the next morning and take care of it at my home. But I have to tell you they did it and did not leave a trace of glass anywhere. I have had no leaks or problems, and as many glass companies will do they waived my deductible, so it didn't cost me a thing. more

My 2006 Acura MDX was broken into and I panicked. I called MS Glass and talked with a very friendly customer service person who helped me get this horrible problem taken care of. They had the best price in town and most amazing service ever. I took my car into the Beaverton location and was warmly welcomed by the manager. They took my info and had me done in less than an hour. We didnt meet in the best circumstances but I was glad MS Glass was there to help me. Pros: Great service and great pricing! more

I was already a bad mood because someone had broken into my Mercedes the night before and cleaned me out, however once I arrived at MS glass I was greeted and attended to in a very quick and professional manner. I was also very surprised at what a nice office they had, not at all what I would expect at a glass shop. They had me done faster than they said it would take. Which was nice because because I was needing to get back to work. Just a very good experience all the way around. I will be sure to refer people to this top notch business. Thank you MS Glass!! I thought it was an easy stop. These people maintain no eye contact, no attention to detail...\r \r When I suggested that they just let us sit there after the car was finished...he said, ""sorry"" as he walked away. This place does NOT want or apparently NEED repeat business.\r more

Horrible service, horrible personnel, horrible workmanship!\r \r We entered the place and told our wait would be a half our to fix a very small rock chip in our windshield. After they were finished nearly an hour later (we'd requested a status on the car twice), they didn't even bother to tell us our car was done nor pull it to the front of the store.\r \r The work on the windshield was shoddy and careless. We had two ask two people for an explanation of what they even did (was work even performed?) and how they did it. The worst $40 I've spent in a long while.\r \r Stay away! 1. Cheap quality glass, and charge high price on it. \r \r 2. Lack of quality on installation and worst workmanship among all. \r \r 3. They use black glue to attach the wind shield glass and the plastic fender together, which leaves a big gap between it. Water or rain can go in between the gap and cause serious damage of your car. \r \r 4. They do a terrible job on sealing up the plastic fender on the wind shield glass and they cracked my plastic wind shield fender accidentally. \r \r 5. When they tape up the edge of the wind shield glass to stabilize the glass over night, when you peel it off, it took the whole layer of your clear coat off from your car. \r \r 6. Bad attitude towards to customers and the workers was smoking at the same time while working on customers car. \r \r 7. After 2 days i took the tapes off on the edge of the wind shield glass, when i drive my car, i can hear the loud vibrating sounds from my wind shield glass hitting hard against the metal fram of my car. The molding job is unbelievable bad..... \r \r 8. This auto glass place does one time business only, it doesn't aim its goal on reputation. \r \r 9. The people that works there tells me different prices on the wind shield glass, it's extremely hard to quote prices in this auto glass store, not to mention, they're very bias on quoting the prices. \r \r 10. Conclusion: one piece of advice from the bottom of my heart, do yourself a favor, dont go to this place for your auto glass repair, because I learned my lesson the hard/harsh way. I had to take my car to other auto glass places to get it fix because of them. I want to help you save money, time, effort, and most importantly, i don't want your baby car to suffer like i did.
