This company knows nothing very little about spas, but they know a helluva lot about the upsell and repeated service calls which bring in money for them.\r
If you have this joker come out, be prepared to get your ears talked off about nonsense that has nothing to do with your problem. And, if you have cloudy water, get ready for the excuse when he cannot get it clear. Bill,,,drum roll......PHOSPHATES! Bill blames everything on phosphates, even though our neighbors has no cloudy water issues. And if he tells you you need a different filtratration system, escort him FIRMLY to the door. \r
