Review content:
Due to a contract I have with The Spa Doctor to refurbish spas for me and because of this relationship I'm in their store a lot. I hear a lot of conversations Bill has with his employees and a lot of conversations with customers.\r Does he make mistakes? Yes, he's human. Does he fail to keep repair appointments? Yes, because sometimes he can't get the parts from suppliers. Does he cheat people or provide bad service? I don't think so. I've seen him eat thousands of dollars just because there was a chance he or his employee made a mistake. But I also see this; it's amazing how many times a customer mis-\r represents or flat out lies about their real situation. And then when Bill can't complete a job because of this bad information from the customer, the customer is embarrassed by being caught in a lie and turns it into a bad or dishonest Spa Doctor. And those are usually the ones that will post on forums like these. There actually are a lot of flakes in the spa business, too many. But there are also some very good ones and the Spa Doctor is one of the best. That's why I chose to use them to take care of my customers and they have proven it was a good decision.
