Businiess name:  Kubo's Sushi Bar & Grill

Review content:
I grew up eating Houston sushi about 10 years ago. At that time, if the fish didn't smell bad, it was considered good sushi. Then Miyako's was started and that was the rage for several years. Then, a few years, I visited Hawaii and Southern California and experienced good sushi for the first time. A visit to Nobu's in Vegas was the ultimate sushi experience, outside from visiting Japan. After those experiences, it was hard for me to visit any Houston sushi restaurant for the last few years. Kubo's is the closest thing you'll get to good sushi in Houston. Kubo's is so much better than any Houston sushi establishment. It's not as good as the sushi you'll find in California but you won't pay California prices.
