I have never posted a review on citysearch before, but I just had to write and say how impressed I was with the customer service in the Service department at A-1. Dave came out to my house twice, both times at the beginning of his 2-hour window which seems to never happen anymore. He had to order parts for my refrigerator, so he was only able to give me a temporary fix. But only 2 days later he was back out with the part and did a great job fixing my refrigerator. He was very polite the whole time as my 2 small children ran around the house probably driving him crazy. :) I will definitely be calling them again in the future for any repairs I might need and plan to shop there when I'm in the market for some new appliances. I highly recommend them and want to give a special thanks to Dave for being so great!
