Ok let me first state that the only car buying experience I had prior to this one was at a used car dealership in Natick. Tony, who had slicked back hair an 80s'porno style mustache and shiny gold (probably faux) medallions around his hairy neck was a bottom feeder. No Tony was the king of the bottom feeders. That said, I am somewhat perplexed by a few of the recent reviews. My experience, from start to finish, was fantastic. A prior stint of crappy jobs, which led to firings, excessive spending and a lack of savings some years back, had tarnished my credit score. Given this fact, I was apprehensive when the sales manager, Rick Hall, told me to come on in so we could explore my options. Last time I tried to buy a car, the salesman suggested that I borrow the money from my mom... Yeah this guy was like 5' 2"" and was basically telling me to f@ck off. So, I ended up going into Watertown Toyota that day and was treated like my credit score wasn't an issue at all. Right off the bat, which made me feel at ease. The salesman, Carlos, was also very helpful and let me test drive the car I was looking at immediately. Even before I was approved for financing. And, I got to drive it alone! The rest of the process was quick and painless. Rick worked with me so I could stay within my budget, but also got me a few extra features on the car. The final price was either lower or about the same as other local dealer estimates I looked into. During the signing process he was never pushy or discourteous and nothing was rushed. They took care of swapping my current registration, insurance and all other RMV paperwork, which is awesome. I mean have you been to the DMV? It's hell with tickets and benches.Anyway, if you are in the market for a new/used Toyota, I highly recommend Watertown Toyota. Stay away from Tony in Natick though...
