I am in the middle of getting a lot of work done on my yard this year, which includes a new fence, a sprinkler system, some hardscaping, and new lawn in my back yard. I have never had a working sprinkler system in my yard before. I'm the kind of person who does a little internet research, called 4 or 5 vendors to come out and bid on my project, assesses the results, and makes a decision. However, Chris at Neptune Sprinklers was recommended by a friend of ours, and even though he doesn't have a big internet presence, I called him as one of my bids. I will just say that Chris was everything you look for in a vendor. Available at a reasonable time, prompt, courteous, thorough, flexible, and reasonably priced. He provided his bid in a timely manner, and was very flexible about what I wanted done. Compared to the other people who were recommended, it was easy to select Chris for my irrigation contractor. My job was scheduled within 2 weeks, he came exactly on the day he said he would, his crew were hard working and fast. They had a small mishap which cut the power to my garage, but it was fixed quickly and without any fuss. They were careful to not destroy any of my plants, and laid down new sod over the top of the trenches in the yard. The system is easy to use, installed where I wanted it, and I got a full tutorial on how to reprogram it. I HIGHLY recommend Chris Berkebile and Neptune Sprinklers.
