This facility doesn't deserve any stars. I live at Grand Summit Apartments in Grandview. Normally if I use UPS or USPS, I followed the parcel's route. I ordered two pair of suede boots for my 11 year old daughter. They were ladies boots and according to usps it was delivered on December 16th. I go to my lockbox at my apartment complex and there's no key, no parcel, nothing! I checked on that following Monday the19th and still no parcel. I go by the Post office to stand in a long Holiday line and speak with a clerk who is deaf but reads lips. She copied my information and told me she would have the Post Master get back with me. She said apparently the mail lady who normally does that route wasn't working that day and there was a guy working in her place. I didn't get a follow-up call, an apology or anything. I was also told by this clerk to go one line and file a complaint. The only thing I ant is to get my money back for the parcel. Friends and co-workers told me to file a complaint with Paypal and or Shiekh shoes in Ontario, California. I told my friends, its not their fault because they came thru for me, it's the post office fault. I gave up on this problem but I will never use the Post Office again for important parcel. I will stick with United Parcel Service. Strange when I decided to use the Post Office, I had a strange feeling that something was going to go wrong. I spoke to a few other residents and they said they've had mis-directed packages but luckily for them the packages made their destinations.
