This Dick's has the selection you'd expect. But plan on waiting a long time to talk to someone (I waited over an hour) and don't expect them to have any real product information. I ended up purchasing a treadmill and was promised the equipment would arrive in 4 days (""it'll probably be more like 2""). I was to receive a call within 24 hours to set up a delivery appointment. That was simply false. What the salesperson should've told me was that I'd receive a call with 48 hours ONCE THE TREADMILL ARRIVED FROM THE WAREHOUSE. This means It'll be 2 weeks before it arrives. The manager at Dick's seemed disinterested in my complaint. He did that whole ""I'm sorry you feel that way. I'm sorry you MISUNDERSTOOD what you were told."" Two weeks doesn't seem ridiculous, but I had a tight time schedule and my decision to purchase from Dick's was made using delivery time as the #1 criteria. In addition, when I finally did receive a call to set up the delivery date the woman on the phone was also rude. I'd expected that once I got the call the equipment would be delivered within 3 days (as quoted by the salesperson). She said their first delivery date was 7 days away. When I expressed my concern, she said ""so do you want that date or not?"" I understand this is the holidays and people are stressed out, but I'm generally an easy going customer and this whole experience has made me feel like a fool for buying from Dick's in the first place. My advice: get it in writing if you're quoted a delivery timeline. Pros: good selection Cons: poor service and miscommunications
