Love the gym and its facilities. With that said, I was misled when I needed to cancel my membership and was charged a monthly membership fee, which the gym then refused to refund.\r

Given the high costs associated with this gym you would think they would not nickle and dime you at every turn, but that was my experience when trying to cancel my membership. \r
\r
I would recommend trying another gym given the poor customer service I experienced.
