Review content:
I've had two dealings with these crooks through my home warranty. I recommend that you never use them.\r
\r
First time, they forgot to order my part. After a week wait, I called and they sent a second technician to the house to figure out what part they were suppose to order the first time. Then they lost the check I gave them.\r
\r
Second time, they repaired my A/C under warranty, then gave me a $600 bill not covered by warranty. They lied and said my wife okayed the repair (she never spoke to them). They never indicated that I would be responsible for any of the bill prior to the repair. It turns out they upgraded my A/C unit to ""bring it up to code"". Although the DOE regulations did NOT require the upgrade. So they charged me $350 for an unneeded part that I found on Google for $169, charged me $250 to remove the old part, and conveniently neglected to discount $100 contribution from my warranty company.\r
\r
These people are dishonest rip-off artists. Stay away from them!
Cons: Dishonest
