I infer from the text that this comes not from a parent, but presumably a disgruntled former employee. As a CMLC employee, I benefitted immensely from the loving care and education training provided. The only reason I'm not a current employee is that my family relocated last year. My two children both received excellent care (which I can attest to, having been onsite to observe daily) while in the care and under constant supervision of Cotton Mill staff. Having worked at several childcare centers, I can promise you that there is NO PLACE like Cotton Mill for your child. The curriculum is phenomenal, the owners are onsite and available daily, and the Education Director works very closely with every staff member to assure a clean, safe, stimulating and FUN environment for each child. The accusation in this review is that the facility is ""ill equipped;"" however, there is no substantive complaint other than the personal dislike of one individual. This review is immature and the allegation is completely false.
