This is the most disorganized office I have ever been to! I have waited at least 45 minutes for each of my three appointments. - even when I had the first appointment of the day. Don't expect the staff to follow through with anything they say. I had to call seven times before someone finally returned my call regarding records transfer - only to find out they never sent the request to my prior doctor. Another staff member took over a week to get back with me to schedule an appointment. The doctor I saw only once, Dr. Hardwick-Smith, has a real superiority complex that she seriously needs to get over! And this is just the small stuff!. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE!
