I was a new patient in this office this week. A friend referred me and I am so happy! The office is so pretty and welcoming, staff were amazing and professional. I saw Dr Hardwick-Smith and she stopped to say hi to me in the hallway and tell me my purse was pretty before I even made it into her office! Felt more like a friend. She talks to you in her office which by the way is gorgeous. I had that unpleaseant exam which was no big deal and they try to make everything all warm and fuzzy as far as the stirrups and all. I got my blood drawn, they email results wihich is awesome so you dont have to call, and with all that I got in and out in less than an hour even though I got lost on the way and was 10 mins late. The nurse Cynthia was so cute and friendly and walked me all the way to check out. I called my friend as I was leaving to say THANK YOU. I only wish I wasn't done having babies so I could be a more regular patient. Everyone needs to know about this place, it is toally like no other doctor's office I have been in before.
