I am a new patient. Wanted to speak to someone in the Pearland location. Be aware they only have one number for both locations, so if you want to speak to someone at the Pearland location, you are put on hold then have to request to be transferred to the Pearland location. Was on hold for 22 minutes then someone picked up and transferred me right back into the Houston office:(. . . then was disconnected. \r

If it is going to be this hard to just speak to someone, I think I will pass and find another office. Plenty of Obgyns in Pearland.
