I have been going to Dr. Hardwick-Smith for about 3 years now and she is fantastic. I was referred by friends and have referred several friends, all of which are thrilled with her. I have been most impressed by her great bedside manner; she makes the time to sit down and talk with each patient, outside of the exam room, to find out about their needs and let them know a little bit about herself and her approach. After a huge health scare and visits to several types of doctors, Hardwick-Smith was the first one that was able to offer me any sort of peace about my new condition. I am not pregnant, nor have I ever had a child, but she has always treated me as though I was one of her most important patients. She has been very honest with me about the best form of treatment/care. The staff has always been quick to help me and I have never had to wait longer than a few minutes to see the doctor.
Pros: Bedside manner, nurses, one-on-one time with doctor.
