I am the author of ""not worth it"". I was unable to find any way to edit my post so I had to create a new one.
After submitting my review, I was contacted by Dr. HS, we communicated back and forth through email, basically just rehashing what happened. When I mentioned to her the things that I was told by her staff about what would happen before, during and after my delivery (meeting all the doctors, circumcision, etc), her attitude came off as I did not comprehend the information in the FAQ sheets and literature given to patients. Had she actually listened to what I said, she would realize I was given the wrong information VERBALLY by her staff. But really all she wanted was for me to edit my review and give more stars. Twice she asked that I consider doing this.
I am entitled to my opinion just as much as the next person. Nothing is going to change the crappy experience I had with that office and with her, certainly not a concerned email I received only after writing a bad review.
I used this site to help decide what practice I wanted to go with, so I am giving my honest opinion, that which I am entitled to and everyone else has a right to know. and in my honest opinion, this place sucks (except Dr. Beard).
