Review content:
I am new to the area and took my cocker spaniel Dixie to Quail Corners when she started vomiting. We did not have an appointment but they were able to fit us in almost right away. We saw Dr. Davis who did a thorough exam and showed us how pale Dixie was. After some tests she told us that Dixie had a rare condition where her immune system was attacking her red blood cells. The doctor spent a long time with us explaining the disease.\r Even though we did not want to hospitalize Dixie we felt good about leaving her knowing the hospital was open 24 hours and someone would be watching her. The staff was always so accomodating and let us visit as many times as we wanted anytime of the day or night. Because of their excellent care, Dixie survived her condition even after needing a blood transfusion (which they were able to do!). We have been back for rechecks since that time and Dixie always wags her tail like she's happy to go in. We are so grateful to Dr. Davis and the staff at Quail Corners and truly recommend this hospital to everyone we meet.
