Review content:
We got some carpets on sale, looks similar to what we had in our old house. The guy we work with was great, until they got paid, and the carpet looks beautiful until all carpet is installed. Later on, we found out that just having water drip on the carpet changes the beige color to blueish gray. And NEVER comes off. Even professional carpet cleaner tells us it wont come off. You would think that professional carpet (expert) would know if the carpet stains or not. All they want is just sell, sell, sell. They have no idea what we have to deal with when the quality is so bad and having to reinstall new carpets and buy new carpets again. On the other hand, I'm sure they do know, but they just don't care. Quality SUCKS!!!! I haven't even paid off the bill for the carpet and now I have to re-do the carpet in every single room! So the guy that we thought was great to work with has lied to us about the quality of the carpets and won't help us in any way...so no, quality SUCKS, service SUCKS, company SUCKS!!!!!
