I have used Gregg's twice in my life as a homeowner. Both times the service and qualify of drawings was excellent. The sense of style they bring to their designs is of the highest qualify. In fact, one home remodeled using Gregg's designs was sold and purchased by an architect who had selected our house over several other options because it was ""perfect"" as is. The house sold 6 hours after it was listed - with three offers and well over the listed price - due, in large part, to the design. My son is now preparing to build his first house and I have recommended Gregg's to him. I would not hesitate to recommend Gregg's Building Design to anyone.
