Review content:
I feel like the owner just expected me to take what he told me as the truth and be happy without questioning it. He didn't seem to want to properly educate me. After he came back to review the work done, he left me feeling like a jerk that I would even question anything his crew did. I didn't feel like he was listening to me at the beginning and I certainly did not feel like he cared when I last spoke with him. He seemed so much the salesman trying to up-sell me and so unwilling to explain what looked like unfinished work to me. On one hand, he was telling me that the tree was done ""perfectly"". The next minute, he was saying I should have removed a limb or cut down the tree altogether - which is it? I am still not comfortable the job was done properly. I would never use them again. I should have gone with ABC (Tree Masters). Scott Martin with ABC seemed MUCH more knowledgeable and willing to educate me. Pros: On time Cons: No written quote/scope, Don't dare question their work
