They recently took over management of the property I live in. They don't even allow you to have a door matt outside your front door. When asked about a rodent infestation problem on the external lanai and grounds, they replied that if it is not in the building, it is not their problem. \r
When asked about broken windows, there reply was, if it's only cosmetic, it's not a priority. They have been broken for over 6 months. \r
It took them over 3 months to fix a leaking roof.\r

Avoid renting property managed by this company at all costs.
Cons: they could careless about the tenant. everything comes down to saving money.
