Businiess name:  Oishi's Property Management

Review content:
DO NOT RENT FROM OISHIS! Oishi Property Mangement is the worst property management company I have rented from. They allow third parties to pick up keys to enter units unattended. They DO NOT give 24 hours notice before allowing someone to enter units. We have had a rodent problem at our building ongoing for at least 8 months. They are only now contacting extermanators. Becasue of their lack in attentiveness to our needs, rodents have eaten through walls, carpet, personal property and doors. The screen doors that rodents have eaten a hole through needs to be fixed, and the company is claiming that screens are the tenants resposibility. When we reported the problem, the company told us, ""just lay sticky traps all around the hole."" They still have not fixed the hole in our apartment, which serves as an entry point for the rodents. They are forcing tenants to make their own repairs, which I know we will get charged for later, just to stay safe. As for property owners, you should think twice before allowing Oishi Properties to manage your property. Good tenants who keep the units clean, pay rent on time, and dont cause problems are frustrated and looking to rent elswere from a different company. Oishi Property Managements demands the world from people, but never gives back. There is no give and take with them. You should survey any of their current tenants before allowing them to rent your property. Pros: Convient ways to pay them rent Cons: terrible at everything else.
