Businiess name:  Salon Matos

Review content:
On Saturday, Feb. 19 I was at the salon for an appointment with Maria and experienced the problem of there not being any hot water. The first time this happened was two months ago at my last appointment on Dec. 18. During my appointment I was wondering how a salon functions without hot water for two months and if all customers are as annoyed by it as I am. \r \r The next problem was with my bill and how I found out that I was charged for two types of color service. Maria and David stood by the decision to charge for these two services when I, the customer, was not aware that there would be two different charges. So, apparently, at Salon Matos the customer is not right and, therefore, the salon is willing to lose a customer of 2 years for $45. \r \r This is unfortunate but you definitely have lost a customer who would have spent $100+ on services and products every 6-8 weeks, not to mention, referrals. The management definitely sucks at Salon Matos and what kind of low-rent salon are you running that doesn't have any hot water?
