Review content:
Called Joe yesterday evening and he asked me to text him a picture of the dent. I sent the pictures and followed up with him 20 minutes later. He said that he was too busy to look at the pictures at the moment but would call me back within minutes, and insisted that I wouldn't be waiting long. I never received a call/text back. IMO, bad business, and what would make me think he can fix a dent, if he can't even follow up with a customer?! Seemed like a good guy, guess I was fooled.
