I cannot believe the HOURS spent getting nowhere. You cannot get a real local person on the phone to help and you just get the round robin with the outsourced phone answerers - you get nowhere! Comcast defines monopoly and it defines it in the worst imaginable way - too bad we do not have any consumer advocates to help. I haven't mentioned this yet but I HATE Comcast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
