the last post is almost all correct -the devonshire is under new management now but its not any better. my family and two other families that i know of\r
were forced to move in march due to massive flooding in our apartments( the third one)\r
it distroyed my furniture,personal effects,kids toys,etc.\r
we were on a month to month lease without renters insurance. management decided to send maintance 3 days after the flood to tear out our carpet so we had bare cement floors stained with sewer water to walk on for 2 weeks. so we gave a writen 30day notice and found a new place. now they are charging us to repair the carpet and water damages $ 1,590.32
