I met with Dr. Boone and vet tech Sophia. Both were extremely friendly and thorough. Dr. Boone was great with my Yorkie. She was both professional and friendly. My Yorkie had a red spot on her eyeball. Dr. Boone wasn't sure what it was, but she performed multiple tasks trying to figure out what it was including a consultation with other doctors. She gave me some eyedrops and I meet with her again in 2 weeks.\r

The next morning I got a call from Sophia saying they had overcharged me. Silly me for not noticing that. I am very impressed and thankful that they caught that. They refunded my money right away!
