Zumba with Jerry has truly been an eye-opener as well as a ""hip-opener"" for me. As a martial arts instructor, I admit I was skeptical at first since a man booty shakin to latin music scares the hell out of me. But after the first session I was hooked. Thanks to my gorgeous and loving wife, I was introduced to a whole new dimension of fun and fitness. Zumba has worked wonders to my punching and kicking abilities. One of the perks doing Zumba is my hips were loosened up which is totally necessary to deliver fast and explosive kicks and punches. Another perk is being able to spend good quality time with my wife during the class just having fun. Each class is a party really. It does not feel like a class at all because everybody is having so much fun.
