Review content:
I went to him for over a year. He gave me tests and ultimately perscribed Botox for my migraines. His office is in his wife's pediatrics office in Katy (the LAST place you want to be with migraines). Normal pediatrics offices, and neurological offices, are busy. This one is never busy. Also, getting refills from this guy for needed medication is IMPOSSIBLE. He takes 4-5 days to refill prescriptions. I have no idea why. I had to go to the Emergency Room twice on two different occassions because he couldn't get around to filling my prescription. One time, he told me...you should have turned it in sooner. Seriously? Five DAYS sooner? My insurance company won't do it five days sooner because they say that it is ""too soon"". Yesterday, I called at least 6 different times to get my needed medication refilled. All his nurse would say is ""The refill request is on his desk."" When I told her that I would have to go to the emergency room if I didn't get it refilled, she said that going to the ER was probably a good idea. OMG! This attitude isn't for payment reasons, as I pay my full amount every time I go. I ended up going to the ER last night, that could have easily been avoided if he had just refilled the sumitriptan. I called his office today and fired him.
