No Need for a happy hour in this Bar. It is by far the cheapest watering hole in the city. ""White's"", as the locals call it has long been a tradition in the quarter for almost 40 years. Sitting at the bar you will find local bartenders, musicians and business men (and women alike), and even a few tourists. Stop by for one of their famous Bloody Mary's or some pony races with the bartender (they'll have to tell you when you get there). \r
Great staff! Great Bar! Great people!\r
This is definitely an oasis from the hustle of Bourbon st.
