While vacationing in Phoenix, I was in desperate need of a hair cut and colouring. Did not know where to go...\r
Searched the internet and found Devine's Salon. Called the salon to make an appointment and got their answering maching. Left a message and Linda called back immediately. Great telephone manners- very polite and courteous. Linda made me an appointment right away with Jenny....walked into the Salon to be greeted in a friendly, positive manner - not to mention with a big smile. Jenny is super!!!! Asked me lots of questions as to what I wanted - she was totally focused on me as a customer....Best hair cut I have had in years....not to mention fantastic colour. I told Jenny I trusted her totally in determining my colour - she showed me what she wanted to do with sample swatches.....amazing....My hubby was totally impressed with cut and colour....Will I go back----- absolutely.....will I refer friends and family??? absolutely.....and to finish my wonderful experience - I received a big hug from Jenny.....Linda, you have a wonderful salon.....Quaint, friendly and an awesome staff.....Wish I could take you back to Canada with me.....Will see you again in October when we return....Thank You Jenny for Everything!!!!
