Review content:
I had Earth Ideas come out to my house to give me an estimate for some work on my patio. They sent me an estimate, it looked fine, so I told them I wanted to get the work done. They first told me they would do it the week of May 2. As May 2 approached, I heard nothing from them, so I e-mailed them. They responded that Earth Ideas would not be able to do the work that week. I was annoyed that they never contacted me to tell me (I had to contact them), but I tried to be understanding. We agreed that they would do the work on May 9. May 9 came and went, and I heard nothing. No phone call, no e-mail, no apology, just radio silence. On May 10, I called and talked to a ""manager"", who said he would look into it and call me back, but still has not called. I'm not sure what happened, I was willing to pay their original estimate and didn't even try to negotiate them down, and they won't even call or contact me. Really strange, I will now take my business elsewhere. The person who came out to my house was Shane Wilbur, the person who I e-mailed with was Mellanie Mattern, and I'm not sure who the ""manager"" was. Really disappointing experience -- beware. They seem great at first, but their follow-through is horrible.
