Review content:
First of all, my insurance company referred us to them to fix a refrigerator and sent them the work order on a Wednesday. Thursday afternoon I called and asked if they had recieved the order and they said no. They said they would come out on Friday. No one showed so I called and they said that they had recieved the work order and would come out on Saturday. No one showed. I called on Monday and they said the soonest they could have someone come out was Wednesday. A week after that Wednesday someone showed up and said that they had to order a circuit board. I was told the circuit board would take 2-3 days to come in and that was 5 days ago. These people are the most unreliable, dishonest, and unprofessional group of hacks I have every done business with. DON'T USE BAYCLIFF APPLICANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
